Founded

2009

De Stichting Visitatie Woningcorporaties Nederland werd in 2009 opgericht om het stelsel van vierjaarlijkse visitaties van woningcorporaties te borgen. Sinds de Woningwet 2015 is de visitatie wettelijk verplicht en is SVWN aangewezen als onafhankelijke stichting.

/ 04 — About the organisation

De Stichting Visitatie Woningcorporaties Nederland (SVWN) is het ZBO dat het visitatiestelsel voor toegelaten instellingen onder de Woningwet beheert. Iedere corporatie moet eens per vier jaar een visitatie laten uitvoeren door een door SVWN geaccrediteerd bureau. SVWN accrediteert bureaus, stelt de methodiek vast en publiceert visitatierapporten openbaar.
